Some people eat too much late at night, while others simply lack exercise. If you stick to a simple plan and stay focused on achieving your weight loss goals, you will succeed. I suggest a low calorie diet and at least 20 minutes of walking or other exercise per day.
How often do you exercise? Did you know that in order to maintain your current weight, you must walk for at least 20 minutes a day? Think about this, if you do not walk everyday and therefore can not even "maintain" your CURRENT weight...how will you lose weight?
In my opinion, the best way to diet is to make sure you eat as many low calorie foods as possible. Try to eat 500 less calories this week than you did last week (or every week). |
