What Are The Best Fat Burning Diets?

A lot of people ask me, "what are the best fat burning diets?

My usual response is, "whatever works the best for you, depending on your strengths and weaknesses."

There is a lot of truth to that statement because every individual has their own personal strengths and weaknesses.

Maybe you eat way too much fast food and cutting that down a considerable amount would allow your body to burn fat quickly. Some people don't drink enough water (8 recommended glasses a day) and others may just have a naturally slow metabolism.
This creates a scenario where there is no single "best for everyone" fat burning diet.

In my opinion, anybody can lose weight quickly with weekly exercise (doesn't have to be daily), lots of fluids, fruit and most importantly, ­a low calorie diet.

When you combine all these powerful fat burning techniques that have been proven to work for many years, there is no way that you will not succeed. Unless of course, you cheat yourself, or give up after a few weeks.

It's very hard to get out of habits and break into new "better" ones, but think of how much better it will be for you in the long run.

My very best advice would be to
take action
and stay focused on what you're doing. Don't get distracted by flashy programs with slick marketing ploys that play on your emotions.

I guarantee that those are not the best fat burning diets.

It's sad how many people get sucked into bogus weight loss programs and then give up on their diet altogether. It's best to just be realistic with yourself and realize that you'll have to do some work.

Apply that to your fat burning diet and you will be made in the shade ;-)
