Some of them are nothing new or groundbreaking, but still are sound advice.
Did you ever realize that people don't always do exactly what's right (or best for them) when it comes to their health or fat loss?
You'll hear things like, "I shouldn't be eating this right now" or "I really gotta stop eating McDonald's."
It is very hard to break old habits and start changing your lifestyle and that is why I have always told people that instead of changing their lifestyle completely, why not just do certain things in moderation?
I think it takes more discipline to say to yourself, "I am only going to eat pizza on the weekend" than it does to say that you will never eat pizza again.
Think about it, if you say the latter, you're basically saying that if you don't cut pizza out of your life altogether than you'll have to eat it everyday all day. |
