One of my other favorite fat loss tips is, try to eat low calorie foods that are high in amino acids. Amino acids are food proteins and they can actually suppress your hunger. If you can keep your hunger pains at bay while maintaining a low calorie diet...you're made in the shade.
I recommend an 800-1000 calorie/day diet if you want to drop some serious pounds.
Usually, fatty foods are the ones that suppress your hunger the most so it's hard to keep the weight off because nobody wants to deal with hunger pains, they are horrible. If you just implement these 2 simple concepts into your daily life, even add them to your existing diet program and I promise you will definitely start to see results.
